Excellent dining service and Francois was knowledgeable , professional and friendly through and through! My best mates selected this winery to celebrate our long awaited get-together and it was perfect ! I found the food pairings as notable as the lovely wines.

Have been to Margaret River several times but never had an amazing wine tasting experience quite like today’s! A big thank you to Renzo who regaled us with entertaining stories about the wine, the many different varieties and so many wonderful tips and interesting nuggets about wine, its history, and more! His patience, innate storytellers’ talent and friendly personality made this first day in MR the best start of my holiday here! Lunch was also spot on and the food and vibe of this place was really special!

We were given an amazing tasting experience by Karine. She is a rare gem whose level of knowledge and customer service is unmatched. The wines are amazing with no bad options (my wife even enjoyed the Shiraz, which she usually doesn't). The combination of the quality of the product and Karine's warm nature made our tasting experience easily amongst the best of the best! Highly recommend!

Karina is the best in the industry. She always makes us feel so welcome and caters our tasting to our personal palettes. She is so knowledgeable about the region and the wines. Literally the best wine tasting experience I’ve ever had. We come back every single year and it’s always good. Never leave Hay Shed Hill!

Came here for a wine tasting and meal. We had the gorgeous Karine who did our wine tasting. She was so informative and such good fun to have during our lasting. Have been to margs multiple times and this tasting was definitely our favourite. The wine was impeccable and the service just as good. Already looking forward to our next trip. Thanks Karine xx

Amazing food and service. Although, the blonde French lady who was clearly head staff and welcomed guests was prickly, dismissive, rude, and out of touch with how to be polite. Besides that, the 5 course meal was fabulous, and the serving staff were amazing. Well worth an $1100 day of food and wine to take home. Just please retrain the Blonde French Welcoming woman.
